Avon Lake The Be Sharps Wins Barbershop Quartet Contest
The Avon Lake High School barbershop quartet, The Be Sharps, won the Cleveland West Suburban barbershop quartet contest recently held at Rocky River Memorial Hall. The competition was sponsored by the Tower City Chorus. The group won a $600 scholarship and the honor to represent the Cleveland area at the JAD Spring Convention. Members of the quartet include Chris Walsh (lead), Frank Slife (tenor), Jason Stuckert (baritone) and Jacob Market (bass). Congratulations!
Kasey Olson Earns Scholarship
